I hold a bachelors degree from The Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, located on the highest of seven hills in the "Capital City", Tallahassee, Florida. Go Rattlers!!! I also have a masters degree from Nova Southeastern University. My formal education has served me well in my current profession, but I'm now ready to explore and nurture my passion for baking. Beyond the sky is the limit and I'm ready to fly!
